Here at Constellation Wellness we are following public health orders as well as the recommendations provided to us by our college.
Please try not to arrive more than five minutes prior to treatment and to not linger in the waiting area after treatment to minimize contact with other clients.
We take the pandemic seriously and sanitize frequently touched areas in the treatment rooms in between each client and sanitize the bathroom twice daily.
A credit card is required to secure your booking online. It will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: See our cancellation policy below. You may choose to use this credit card for payment at the time of treatment, and we also accept debit or cash.

For payments we accept credit cards, debit, and cash.
We can also bill directly to many extended health plans. Please note that not all plans allow payment to go to the practitioner directly, or for us to bill them.
We do not currently bill directly with ICBC. For ICBC claims you will need to pay out of pocket and have ICBC reimburse you. Please chat with your adjuster if you have any questions about this.
Your time has been set aside for you, but if you need to cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
This allows for other clients to access treatments as needed, and for our practitioners to reallocate time or to take on a last minute treatment request. Barring any extenuating circumstances, appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment fee to the credit card on file.
